A STRESSFUL EVENT
Stress is one of many causes to feeling sick or depressed.
More people are living stressful situations in their lives. Since any event can cause stressful situation, it is relative
how the person can handle or confront the problem to be stressful. The event to be stressful most of the time is the income
you received every week. Because I didn't save money, it caused me a stressful situation.
The moment when I don't receive my paycheck was the
reason of starting to feel depressed and worried about if the money I had was enough for those days. Then I realized that
I had to pay bills, rent and groceries. I asked to the manager of the company where I worked at the moment. How long it was
to going to take to receive my money. If I had to borrow some money for these Weeks I was thinking about where to get it.
My first option was to borrow from my parents or to
use my credit cards to pay all the expenses, but what the best option? I had to find how much I needed it because the stress
was getting bigger every day I woke up in the morning.
Finally, I decided to ask my parents to borrow some
money to pay my groceries and other basic expense. Then I had to pay the bills and rent with my credit card. Stress affects
families and yourself, too. When I most needed to think clearly about what to do, I started feeling the effects of the stress,
which is not helpful at all.
The emotional
stages I lived made me feel sad and desperate to try to find a good solution. And now I learned a lesson that I will never
forget. I need to be prepared for any circumstances in the future relative to money; it is to save some money for emergencies
